About GCAP

Built for complex cross-border execution.

GCAP provides senior-level strategic and transaction advisory to companies evaluating U.S. public-market pathways.

Who We Are

Independent advice, senior judgment and execution discipline.

GCAP works with founders, boards and management teams at the point where corporate strategy, transaction structure and execution must come together.

We help companies assess public-market readiness, compare potential pathways, organize the transaction roadmap and coordinate the commercial workstreams required to advance the process.

Our advice is pathway-neutral. The objective is not to force a specific structure, but to identify a credible route that matches the company’s condition, timing, objectives and risk tolerance.

Our Principles

How GCAP approaches every engagement.

Complex transactions move faster when the senior team stays close to the work and the responsibilities are clear.

01

Senior Involvement

Experienced leadership remains directly involved in strategy, decision-making and critical execution issues.

02

Pathway Neutrality

We compare the available routes and their trade-offs rather than beginning with a predetermined structure.

03

Execution Discipline

Clear workstreams, owners, deadlines, issue lists and decision points keep the transaction moving.

04

Confidentiality

Transaction information, management discussions and senior-expert participation are handled with discretion.

A Senior-Expert Model

Industry experience without unnecessary public exposure.

GCAP’s wider team includes senior professionals from across the industries relevant to public-market transactions.

Some experts continue to hold active industry positions. Their names and current affiliations are therefore kept confidential unless disclosure is appropriate and approved.
